I am thrilled to be here today to present an idea that I believe will greatly improve our school life. My proposal is to implement a mentorship program where older students can mentor younger students to help them navigate through their academic and personal challenges.

This idea is important because it fosters a sense of community and support within our school. It creates a bond between students of different ages, allowing for valuable guidance and advice to be shared. By having older students mentor younger ones, we can create a positive and inclusive environment where everyone feels supported and valued.

I urge you to choose this idea because it promotes leadership skills among older students while providing younger students with the necessary support to succeed. It encourages empathy, communication, and collaboration, all of which are essential skills for personal and academic growth.

Implementing a mentorship program will improve student's life by creating a network of support and guidance that extends beyond the classroom. It will help students build confidence, develop relationships, and navigate the challenges of school life with the help of their peers.
